If you know me, you know how much I love pastries. Like I love them so much that I got my office to start a day called Croissant Thursday, where my co-worker and I go to the cafe next door and bring in boxes upon boxes of croissants for office-goers to enjoy. Every. Thursday. It’s literally the highlight of my week. I think everyone should celebrate Croissant Thursday, but that’s just me.
